The Cape Town branch was opened in 1955.
In 1996 the Cape Town office was restyled as B&L Quantity Surveyors (Cape Town) and now as B&L Quantity Surveyors Western Cape (Pty) Ltd.
Despite autonomy, B&L Quantity Surveyors continued to provide the same high level of professional services which formed the corner stone of success.
